Internet Marketing Specialist

This role is primarily responsible for assisting and supporting the Marketing Services team in the growth and visibility of Find8 Digital and its clients. You will research, implement and manage search engine and social media marketing campaigns in addition to measuring results of campaigns. You must be exceptionally organized with an analytical and tech comfortable attitude. Teamwork is essential to collaborate and communicate with internal team members. No previous digital marketing necessary. We will train the right person.


Responsibilities

Research

  • Research local and national keywords
  • Compile keyword list recommendations
  • Perform competitive analysis
  • Update and compile campaign reports
  • Assist SEO Strategist with creating Action Plans 

 Citation Management

  • Manage client Name/Address/Phone (NAP) worksheets
  • Claim, update and manage listings including Google My Business, Bing For Business, Yelp
  • Distribute NAP to business directories via in-house citation management tools 

Customer Review Management

  • Respond to all positive reviews
  • Write drafts for negative reviews; work with PR Manager to gain approvals and post responses to review sites
  • Set up customer review management software tools 
  • Set up reports for customer reviews 

Reporting

  • Pull and compile search engine and social media reports using Google Analytics, MOZ, keyword ranking tools, Facebook Insights, and other sources
  • Manage internal SEO dashboard report integrating multiple client data
  • Co-manage Google Webmaster and Google Data Studio reports 

Other tasks as requested.

SEO Manager - National Accounts

Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for overseeing the organic growth and visibility of Find8 Digital and its regional and national clients. The SEO Manager, National Accounts will work to identify key opportunities to ensure strong performance. You will work to drive high-volume organic growth by researching and understanding client brands, their goals, and their industry. Once researched, the SEO Manager, National Accounts is responsible for developing, implementing, measuring, analyzing, and optimizing SEO strategies. The SEO Manager, National Accounts will train and manage Organic SEO interns, specialists and outside vendors. The SEO Manager, National Accounts must be exceptionally organized with analytical, and technical capabilities to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.


Strategic Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend new opportunities for improving organic search rankings, click through rates and conversions
  • Manage SEO discovery meetings
  • Drive testing strategies to improve conversion websites and landing pages
  • Accountable for driving qualified leads via organic search
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define editorial standards for maximizing search success across web content, social and other communication channels
  • Develop SEO action plans and present to clients

Research

  • Conduct keyword research

  • Create page keyword themes for all authority pages
  • Manage Meta and Title tag development
  • Oversee local SEO optimization
  • Build Internal links

Backlinking

  • Seek opportunities for high quality backlinks
  • Develop process for backlinking
  • Manage backlinking implementation


Other Responsibilities

Reporting
  • Monitor, report and maintain tracking tools to understand SEO program performance and business goal attainment
  • Pull and compile Organic SEO reports using Google Analytics, Google Console, MOZ, keyword ranking tools and other sources
  • Manage internal Organic SEO dashboard report integrating multiple client data


Training and Education

  • Advocate Organic SEO best practices and adoption by core cross-functional teams, including content marketing, web design, and other Find8 Digital pillars
  • Educate clients through newsletters, social media posts, blogs, seminars, 1:1 sessions, etc.
  • Develop training manuals for internal staff members


Required Skills

  • College degree is required
