This service sends a personal review request from your business directly to your customers' inboxes. The email comes from you, so they recognize the request as being genuine. The email contains a link to click that takes the customer to a simple survey that they can fill out according to their experience with your business. 
The review then automatically appears on your website, and can even be sent to your Facebook page as well.
