What's the hardest thing you've ever done?

Write a book, "The Virtual Community Companion," published in 1997 by Coriolis Press. The editor had me on a six-month schedule with absolutely no forgiveness for missed deadlines. I wrote every week day after work for three to four hour plus weekends. It was mentally, emotionally and physically exhausting. When Web 2.0 social media exploded, the publisher asked if I'd like to write a 2nd edition. I quickly said, "No!"
