Field Time Report
With this report, we can see which fields on your form took the longest to fill out. This can reveal possible inconsistencies in user experience which will help us make decisions on how to alter the form to make it easier for users to fill out. This may involve changing labels, making the field optional, or removing it entirely.
This form will tell the actual order that users fill out the different fields of a form. Once a trend forms that’s different than the way the form has been set up, we may find it beneficial to change the order of the fields to make the form quicker and easier to fill out and increase conversions.
Repeated Fields Report
We even have a report to show if certain fields are repeated and how often. This report reveals fields that may cause confusion or form validation errors. These fields may need to be relabeled or tweaked to be less restrictive to make it easier to fill out the form.
Polls are a useful feature for gaining user input in a wide variety of ways. We can use polls to get feedback on why users are leaving the page, why they aren’t signing up, or why they may not be interested in your product or service. Polls are also a great lead generation tool, giving you an extra opportunity to put a lead form in front of the user.
There are plenty of options for triggering the poll depending on what you’re using it for. We can set it up to trigger after a period of time spent on the site, we can have it pop up when the user gets to a certain point on the page, or we can trigger it when the user navigates away from the page.
