Abby is a writer at heart. She enjoys composing poetry and hopes to someday finish her novel. Landing a job where she gets to use her writing chops every day to create effective copy is a dream come true! She’s currently enrolled at Purdue Global and will earn her bachelor’s in Communication in 2024.
When she’s not writing, she enjoys time spent with her husband and daughter. Nature is her favorite place to be.

I adore playing with words and moving them around in a way that is interesting … or maybe even rhymes. Writing prose is an outlet for me, and it’s calming.

The right angle, lighting, and editing all work together to make an image interesting. It’s fun to play around with these elements when taking photos.
Comedy
Funny people are interesting people. They’re people that have the power to capture attention and change moods. Funny standup, writing, movies … I like it all. I’m a huge Saturday Night Live buff.
Nature
Hiking, camping, watching the birds in the backyard? I’m so in! There’s something so soothing about unplugging from the world and reconnecting with Mother Earth.
Vintage
Vintage clothes and retro vibes represent uniqueness to me. I like antiques, and I like exploring styles from “back when.”
Motherhood
My daughter is my source of inspiration, humor, pride, and lots of other big feelings. Motherhood is a charming, but sometimes scary, hood to live in. Having a funny kid helps.
